Reporting to the Retail Co-Ordinator and part of a team of 4 Sales Associates across men's and womenswear with Selfridges Building and maintaining strong client relationships Meets personal and store sales goals. Styling and cross selling across all WRTW category Creating a positive and encouraging environment for clients Delivering knowledge on clientelling and CRM functions Focus on delivering the ultimate of client experience and building rapport with clients Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise. Maintains a keen interest in the fashion industry and market trends Maintaining the presentation of the shop floor ensuring all items are neatly presented Assisting with deliveries, replenishment, and visual merchandising. -
Ideal candidate:
1yrs + experience working within a high premium / luxury environment Passionate and knowledgeable about WRTW and denim Confident in styling and upselling Commercially driven Dynamic interpersonal, written and verbal communication Demonstrates a 'can do' attitude to clients and colleagues Smart /casual and well-groomed in appearance. Sales driven and determined to succeed Able to build positive relationships with clients and team members Additional to the basic salary is: Clothing allowance, commission, 30 days holiday, private health care and more.
