What will you do? Handle a broad private client caseload Manage complex estate administration (with agricultural & business elements), Will Trusts, Deeds of Appointment and Variation, again with an estate administration focus Have managerial responsibilities: To potentially include leading a division within the Private Client department, managing one of the firm's branches, or supervising, mentoring or coaching other members of staff including traineesContinue to develop and enhance the firms already very good reputation Your clients will be of mixed wealth to include those of a high net worth nature – Experience of this is beneficial, but certainly not essential
What will you need? To be an experienced solicitor or legal executive To have at least 4 years private client experience Any experience of agricultural/business/significant financial investments would be preferred STEP membership an advantage, but not essential To be a real team player and work in a collaborative manner
