TSR Legal are proud to be working with a national conveyancing firm who now have a brand new opportunity within their award winning Swansea team. The position will involve handling a mixed caseload of national residential files, including sales & purchase, Freehold & Leasehold, remortgage files amongst others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and reporting on title and pre-contract searches
  
• Drafting deeds of covenant and lease reviews
  
• Administering all documentation related to property transactions
  
• Handling the sale of part exchange properties
  
• Managing the plot sales process, including responding to enquiries, exchange, completions, and post-completion matters
  
  Requirements:
  • Licensed Conveyancer qualification (CLC or SRA)
    
  • Proven experience in handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions
    
  • Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and property law
    
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
    
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality client service
