The team is composed of industry-leading professionals who are dedicated to providing innovative and effective solutions for clients across their key sectors, including for housing, local government, social business and charity clients.
As a Construction Solicitor in the team, you will:
- Advise on a wide range of non-contentious construction matters.
- Draft and negotiate construction contracts, development agreements, and collateral warranties.
- Work closely with clients, including developers, contractors, and consultants, to deliver high-quality legal services.
- Provide strategic advice on construction procurement and project structuring.
