Legal Receptionist - Devon

Excellent opportunity for a Legal Receptionist to join a highly-regarded law firm.

The hiring firm is a well-established law firm based in Devon. They have been providing legal services to the area for over 100 years. They are currently looking for a Receptionist to join their office in Budleigh Salterton, Devon.

The role will involve acting as the face of the office, often being the first point of contact for any current or prospective clients. Duties will include:

Providing full reception dutiesMeeting and greeting clientsAnswering all incoming calls and redirecting them to the appropriate personTyping as and when required for various staffDealing with enquiriesLiaising with all departmentsAdministration support to other departments as requiredDealing with post and DXFiling, support, photocopying and typing, etc.To be considered, you must have receptionist experience with excellent customer service skills.
