Staff 86 gives you the benefit of being able to choose to work in a variety of places to really get a feel for what suits you best while increasing your knowledge, experience, and opportunity in an exciting and evolving industry.
As a match day chef you will be responsible for preparing, cooking and serving a high quality fine dining menu.
You will be responsible for ensuring all food is prepared for service. This will based on specific, location dependant specifications.
Additional responsibilities:
- Assist with the management of stock and rotation
- Assist the kitchen with prep, cooking and cleaning tasks
- Ensure the kitchen is cleaned and closed down at end of service.
Minimum level of previous experience: Chef de Partie.
Rate of Pay: The minimum rate of pay for our match day chef team is 20.17 per hour. However, higher rates of pay are available based on experience and skill set.
