According to your working experience and seniority, you will:
Provide an excellent service to our customers and grant them the best shopping experience in store and through new digital devicesActivate all CRM strategies to build a loyal client base in order to enhance the shop economic resultsMonitor stockroom standards and grant right product assortment on the floorAttend to deliveries within day of arrivalDiplomatically handle complaints and critical situations with customers and colleaguesPrevious experience in retail environment, for fashion premium luxury brandsAbility to work autonomously and in a dynamic environmentAbility to conduct successful sales activities in store and using new digital devices (social media, digital platforms etc.)Ability to prioritise work load, meet deadlines and specified standardsExcellent communication skills across all levelsCustomer oriented, organised and with a positive/constructive attitude
