We are looking for a Strength & Conditioning Coach to join in September 2024 on a fixed term contract basis.


The key purpose of the role is to support pupils in reaching their physical potential through tailored programmes balanced within the busy structure of a boarding school.

Oakham has a diverse range of sports on offer to pupils and currently S&C is offered for athletes involved in a wide variety of sports, including:
rugby, hockey, athletics, cricket, sailing, squash and netball. There is the opportunity to receive match funding for undertaking a MSc in Strength & Conditioning.
