Are you a skilled Counterbalance Forklift Driver hunting for an amazing opportunity in Swansea's hub? As a Counterbalance Forklift Driver, your main task is to operate a forklift safely and efficiently to assist with the movement, loading, and unloading of event materials and equipment. This role demands precision, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety protocols.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate counterbalance forklifts to transport event materials and equipment within the warehouse and event venues.
  • Load and unload trucks and containers with proper handling and secure placement of items.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and aid in stocktaking as needed.
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines consistently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
  • Support general warehouse tasks, including manual handling and maintaining clean, organized work areas.


Requirements:
  • Hold a valid RTITB Counterbalance Forklift licence.
  • Demonstrated experience operating counterbalance forklifts in a fast-paced setting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Outstanding communication skills and effectiveness in teamwork.

Flexibility to work day shifts (Monday to Friday, starting at 8 am) or night shifts (Monday to Friday, commencing at 10 pm) as necessary.


Shift patterns & pay:
  • Day shift - 8 am start - £12.50 per hour.
  • Night shift - 10 pm start - £13.00 per hour.

Requirements:
 Hourly rate as above (not age dependent) 28 days Paid Annual Leave prorata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
