Quick Staff UK is pleased to have been engaged in recruiting an outstanding construction sector Project Manager for our dynamic and fast-moving client based in the Newtown area of Powys. This is a permanent role and it's a chance to join a great bunch of people as they continue on their journey of success. The salary on offer is 50,000p.a. + Bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule
- Design alterations utilising CAD
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Manage project resources effectively
- Liaise with clients and conduct site visits to inspect work progress and quality
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Key Requirements:
- Previous project management experience in the construction sector
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop staff
- Sound knowledge of products and materials
- Strong IT skills (including CAD)
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Driving license
Hours of work:
7.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday
