Quick Staff UK is pleased to have been engaged in recruiting an outstanding construction sector Project Manager for our dynamic and fast-moving client based in the Newtown area of Powys. This is a permanent role and it's a chance to join a great bunch of people as they continue on their journey of success. The salary on offer is 50,000p.a. + Bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule
  • Design alterations utilising CAD
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
  • Manage project resources effectively
  • Liaise with clients and conduct site visits to inspect work progress and quality
  • Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

Key Requirements:

  • Previous project management experience in the construction sector
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to lead, motivate and develop staff
  • Sound knowledge of products and materials
  • Strong IT skills (including CAD)
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Driving license

Hours of work:
7.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday
