Student Placement Coordinator

The role
Bristol Veterinary School is looking for an experienced and capable administrator, to join our Student Administration Team, to coordinate all aspects of delivery of clinical placements for final year veterinary students. This is an excellent opportunity to join a school and team committed to delivering an excellent student experience.
What will you be doing?
You will coordinate the establishment and renewal of educational partnership agreements between the School and providers of clinical placements, including local veterinary practices, charities, and corporate veterinary groups in the UK. Working with the University finance team, you will manage the payments process, ensuring key information is shared on time with partners and colleagues, and payments are made on time. You will work with academic and professional services staff in the School and University to ensure that training, quality assurance and health and safety assurance is delivered and compliance monitored, including arranging annual visits and updates, and an annual training day for all providers held at BVS.
You should apply if
We are looking for someone who has excellent planning and management skills, able to track multiple tasks and issues and an excellent customer service ethos. You will have excellent document management skills, and experience working with contracts would be desirable. You will enjoy working in a collaborative team, and will be skilled in relationship building with a range of people across the university and industry.
