An innovative global marketing and communications agency is looking for an experienced Creative Account Manager.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established, rapidly expanding marketing company, working as an integral part of the marketing team, sharing the client's vision and ethos and delivering excellence client service.

Based onsite in the client offices in Edinburgh, the Account Manager will manage all the creative design, studio and videography projects.

This includes taking client briefs, quoting for work, answering queries, and generally being the face of Creative Services. The studio work will include artwork, design, assets for web and social, video and animation.

This role would suit an Account Manager with agency experience, looking to expand their experience and become a Senior Account Manager.

Responsibilities

  • To liaise with the onsite marketing team
  • Ensure briefs are robust and complete prior to briefing the team
  • Advise the most efficient and cost effective way to execute a campaign
  • Campaign/project management
  • Work closely with the onsite Creative and Studio team
  • Build relationships within the client and within the group
  • Provide reports and information upon request
  • Manage the workload and priorities
  • Own the processes and continue to develop best practice
Skills required

  • Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable speaking with clients at all levels on a daily basis
  • Attention to detail is key
  • Must be able to demonstrate good organisational ability in order to prioritise work
  • Must be able to take a client brief and brief this into the team
  • Possess a good knowledge of the full marketing spectrum including traditional and digital
  • Experience of video
  • At least 2 years Account Management experience
  • Reporting to and working closely with the Account Director
