Sales Floor

  • Oversee the running of the shop floor, ensure tasks are being delegated effectively in order to best impact store performance
  • Running daily "team huddles" - ensuring these are commercial, relevant and motivational

  • Communicate the store incentives to the wider team, ensure team members are on track with their individual KPIs, and motivate them to succeed.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using effective selling skills
  • Build the bond between our brand and our customer, by answering queries, providing exemplary service, obtaining customer data and adapting your approach depending on individuals personalities and needs
  • Learn and confidently share PANDORA product knowledge with the wider teams
  • Conduct 1-1 training/coaching sessions and provide feedback to the team Operational Procedures
  • Act has key holder for the store and ensure the relevant store opening/closure procedure is always actioned
  • Cashing up and reconciling the till systems
  • Assist the store management with people management processes, including recorded conversations, as advised by your RSM the HR team
  • Assisting with product and POS deliveries; unloading and storing product in the correct place in store
  • Operating the till system, handling financial transactions including returns and exchanges, and anything escalated to you by the team
  • Always being alert while on the shop floor and following company security policies and procedures, to keep the wider team and customers safe
Visual Merchandising

  • Support the implementation of VM guidelines with support from the Head Office Visual Merchandising teams
  • Assist with upkeep of all furniture, mirrors, windows and POS are meticulously clean at all times Store Presentation
  • Ensure daily housekeeping is actioned to a high standard, furniture is maintained well and any repairs are reported promptly
  • Order store supplies, ensure set budgets are not exceeded
  • Ensuring there is always sufficient POS packaging in store to meet demand
  • Process any store expenses when using the store company credit card
