• Full-time position at a 120-acre estate near the Cornish Devon border on the stunning Tamar Estuary
• The estate is undergoing restoration with a focus on creating a productive Kitchen garden with glasshouses
• Young family leading the restoration with a commitment to organic practices, conservation, and enjoyment
• Opportunity to work in a garden with over 3 acres of ancient Cornish woodland and a variety of rare trees and shrubs
• 2-acre kitchen garden in an orchard and a smaller garden at a separate house on the property
• Seeking a skilled horticulturalist with a passion for plants, gardens, and wildlife
• Responsibilities include managing a team, horticultural tasks, administration, and budgeting
• Experience with machinery, organic vegetable production, and cut flowers preferred
• Self-motivated, dedicated, and proactive individuals encouraged to apply
