Qualifications

Nutrition and Personal Training skillsExperience in Fitness Instruction and Circuit TrainingSports Coaching skillsExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work with and motivate clients of all ages and fitness levelsStrong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise scienceCertification from a recognized personal training organizationBachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field is desired Additional certifications in specialized areas such as sports medicine, nutrition, and strength training are also beneficial for this role.
