About the role

Our Technical Consultants operate at the intersection of technology and business, utilizing their technical proficiency to provide solutions that meet clients' business requirements.

They play a crucial role in comprehending and translating client needs into actionable solutions, often acting as intermediaries between technical teams and business stakeholders. Being a Technical Consultant within our team involves a diverse range of tasks, such as:

  • Leading a discussion with a new challenger App Only bank to address potential fraud challenges they might encounter upon launch
  • Participating in a meeting with the Data Analytics team to explore successful new fraud detection rules for money laundering
  • Checking the progress of a Customer Implementation by querying the Data Analytics store
  • Exploring and testing the latest product features to determine their applicability with new clientele
  • Developing a solution architecture diagram for a Large Bank aiming to minimize the number of One Time Passwords sent to customers

A Technical Consultant can be likened to a 'Jack of All Trades,' starting the day by devising sophisticated rulesets to outsmart fraudsters and transitioning seamlessly to lead discussions with high-level stakeholders at a major Crypto Exchange.
