Our client, a reputable healthcare site in Plymouth, is looking to hire a skilled Facilities Maintenance Electrician to join their dedicated team. This role offers a competitive salary of £42,000 per annum, along with an attractive benefits package including 5 weeks of holiday per year.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting electrical maintenance and repairs within a healthcare facility.Carrying out planned preventive maintenance tasks.Responding promptly to electrical breakdowns and emergencies.Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Collaborating with other maintenance staff and contractors.Shift Pattern:Work Schedule: 4 days on, 3 days off, 3 days on, 4 days off.Shift Hours: 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.Total Work Days: 7 days out of a 14-day cycle.Qualifications and Requirements:Recognized electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 236/2330, or equivalent).Previous experience in facilities maintenance, ideally within a healthcare setting.Competency in diagnosing and repairing electrical faults.Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Benefits:Competitive salary of £42,000 per annum.5 weeks of holiday allowance per year.Opportunity to work within a rewarding healthcare environment.Ongoing training and development.
