OVERVIEW
An exciting opportunity is now available for a confident and
enthusiastic individual to join our friendly, vibrant and dynamic HR Legal
and Compliance team.

ARE WE LOOKING FOR ...
You will have a positive, professional approach along with exceptional organisational skills
and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines from a variety of
stakeholders and employees of The Celtic Collection.
A first-class multitasker with
outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work using your own
initiative, along with a critical mind to actively assess situations and take
an alternative approach when necessary.
A fantastic eye for detail and being IT literate
is necessary for this role. Previous experience in and
administrative role is essential.

WHAT
YOU'LL DO ...
Handle all enquiries promptly,
in accordance with the department Service Level Agreement, ensuring that
every caller receives a friendly and efficient response. Systems
administration and maintaining accurate people records within our People Hub. Support the Group People Director with HR Projects as required and manage and update the HR
Service Helpdesk.
Take minutes for a variety of
meetings and produce the documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
Produce and distribute emails
and reports as requested. Always maintaining
the strictest levels of confidentiality when dealing with The Collection and/or
employee issues. Assist the Group People Director with disciplinary hearings by sending out letters to employees
notifying them of the hearing, actively taking minutes, typing up minutes for
file purposes and preparing outcome letters based on conclusions and
decisions made.
Manage the diary of the Group People Director and collate monthly
analytics and produce monthly reports for the Collection. Ensuring that the strict confidentiality of
all payroll / HR matters is adhered to and GDPR Regulations are always followed.
