One of my Local Authority clients based in Hertfordshire are on the lookout for an Interim General Practice Surveyor. They are looking for an experienced MRICS contractor to come in for a 12 month basis to help with out general estates management work. Paying £500 per day. My client are open to both Full time and part time positions with just 1 day required to be in the office / on-site.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • The ability to manage property-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Property management skills to carry out various rent reviews and lease renewals - commercial properties.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices relating to property management.
  • General Estates Management.
  • Disposal of properties

    Must be MRICS - Local Authority experience preferred but not essential
