Purpose of the role:


To take complete ownership of delivering supply plan from procurement through to distribution of stock within THG's global warehouse network as required for your assigned brands within THG's growing own-brand portfolio.

Work collaboratively with demand planning counter-part to assist in monitoring sales across all channels and work collaboratively with key stakeholders to identify trends and capture trading activity to drive improvements and ensure an efficient stock inventory.


Utilise forward forecasts to inform supply plan and be responsible for ensuring optimum availability both globally and at a warehouse level across full SKU range.

Monitor and report on availability to all key stakeholders and take actions to resolve any out of stock and availability risks.


Plan inventory levels in accordance with stock budget, monitor these inventory levels and be accountable for any variance to the stock budget.

Work collaboratively with warehouse and freight teams to coordinate stock transfers from suppliers and within THGs warehousing network.

Work collaboratively with Suppliers, Brand and Regulatory teams to ensure the timely delivery of EPD and NPD projects.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Delivery of supply plan to ensure optimum availability of SKUs in THG network; propose and implement solutions to drive improvement as needed
  • Plan and monitor inventory in accordance with stock target
  • Monitor and drive reduction in SLOBs lines to achieve an efficient inventory
  • Production of various data and reporting against key KPIs as and when required; availability, stock targets, aged stock etc
  • Maintenance of working replenishment model to coordinate supply plan
  • Execution of supply plan by working collaboratively with suppliers, warehouses and freight teams
  • Work with Brand teams to coordinate EPD & NPD projects from concept to launch
