You will be reporting to our friendly General Manager at Grosvenor Hall.
Main roles and responsibilities:
Leading the activity team through mentorship, development, and inspiration.Managing, Renovating and Enhancing all areas of activity delivery, paying particular attention to the Water Sports product. Support the other Heads of Department in undertaking the role of Duty Manager in line with the company rota.
