The scope of the programme is focussed on providing a modern and flexible student record system with a key emphasis on rationalising and standardising student-related processes. The role we are currently recruiting for is a Programme Support Officer who will be responsibile for individual and overall support in the project phases including solution design, change management, development, testing and deployment. Based in the Emdeck Building at our city centre campus, you will be key to coordinating workshops and meetings, updating project level plans and documents, managing the RAID log, preparing project highlight reports, tracking project spend against budget and more.

This position is based in the Technology and Information Services department at UoP, supporting the "SRS" (Student Record System) programme and will be based in the specific project team.

This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week on a fixed-term basis ending Wednesday 31 December 2025 due to Business Demand.
