Our Executive Chef Ross Cooper, is an advocate for supporting and training young chef's starting out in their career. Ross has a passion for delivering well presented dishes using the best seasonal and British ingredients. Ross is passionate about working with his team to develop their skills and knowledge to support you in progressing your culinary careers.

Our Cast Iron Bar & Grill is all about fresh, seasonal ingredients, traditional flavour combinations and time-honoured cooking methods, simple tasty food done right or you may be creating unforgettable memories for a wedding breakfast, corporate event or a high class sports team.

What you'll be doing
  • Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu
  • Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner
  • Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
  • Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers
  • Use your creative flair and attention to detail to create dishes that put smiles on faces
What we're looking for

  • A Level 2 culinary qualification and we will fund your future training qualifications
You will be working 40 hours per week over 5 days, including weekends on a variety of early, mid and late shifts - do you need flexibility in your life? We are happy to discuss this with you
