Job Description

  • Develop and implement the company's risk management and compliance framework.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and corporate governance principles.
  • Provide strategic oversight on risk-related decisions and regulatory matters.
  • Direct risk management operations, including managing audits and regulatory exams.
  • Foster an environment of risk awareness within the company.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing compliance team.
  • Report to the Board on risk management and compliance matters.
  • Collaborate with other executives to ensure strategic alignment.
    The Successful Applicant
    • Advanced knowledge of risk management and regulatory compliance in the financial services industry.
    • Experienced CRO (SMF4)
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Good corporate bank experience, in particular payments experience ideally in emerging markets
    • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
