We are looking to appoint a Learning Support Practitioner to specialise in working with students with
Autism or ADHD Please state in your application which specialism you are applying for.As part of this role, you will be:
Supporting students in class with a focus on those students who come under your specialism Involved in planning and running interventions for autistic/or ADHD students that may be 1:1 or small group sessions. Liaising with staff, parents, and students to ensure that our autistic/ADHD students are reaching their full potential. Developing good relationships with students and being a keyworker for some students with more complex needs Learning and developing effective strategies for supporting our autistic/ADHD students, with a willingness to share these with other members of staff where appropriate. Developing your own professional career in SEND with various CPD opportunities.
