As a specialist in this role, you will immerse yourself in a challenging yet rewarding sector, managing a caseload of high-value asbestos claims.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing exceptional legal advice, representing clients with the utmost professionalism, and upholding the firm's reputation for excellence.


Ideal candidates will possess a robust background either Industrial Disease or high-value clinical negligence or serious injury cases, coupled with a keen interest in specialising in asbestos-related claims.

Your analytical acumen, coupled with a meticulous approach to case management, will be pivotal in delivering successful outcomes for clients.


To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • A qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales, with NQ to 3 years PQE.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing highvalue Asbesots or clinical negligence or serious injury cases.
  • A genuine interest in specialising in asbestos claims.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • A clientfocused mindset, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of client care.
