Relief Cleaner £12.00 Per Hour

Hanover are recruiting for a friendly and positive individual to join us as a Relief Cleaner in Montgomery Court Development. The efforts of the Development Cleaner are truly appreciated as the team work to ensure our customers feel safe and secure at home, living full and independent lives.

Main Responsibilities

As the Relief Cleaner your contributions towards our positive and professional atmosphere will include:

• Cleaning common areas i.e. offices, corridors, kitchens, lounge, staff room.
• Cleaning development lavatories, accommodation, bath, and shower areas etc.
• Sanitising surfaces, furniture and office equipment as required by rota.
• Removal of waste and preparation of guest bedrooms.
• Working in accordance with infection prevention control, COSSHH, Health and Safety guidelines.

About You

Essential

• Demonstrable experience of empathising with and being caring.
• A flexible approach to work with a can-do attitude.
• Able to follow cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with basic writing skills.

Desirable

• You'll also need some ICT skills so that you can access e-learning programs as well as the company portal.
• Food Hygiene certificate.
• Kitchen Hygiene certificate.
