About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Team at UAS is seeking an experienced manager to contribute to the continuous enhancement of our recruitment strategies.

Leading the talent acquisition service, you will play a key role in shaping the future recruitment practices for the division and the University as a whole.

Ensuring integration of equality and diversity objectives in all talent acquisition activities will also be part of your responsibilities.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in leading talent acquisition teams and driving operational excellence.

Your leadership skills will be vital in fostering a high-performing team and empowering individuals to achieve their full potential.

Effective stakeholder management and ability to influence at all organizational levels are essential.
