Job Description

The ideal candidate will be friendly, devoted, curious, and have a strong passion for food with a particular interest in baking and pastry. We are looking for individuals who are confident they will become an integral member of a team that values hard work and brings detail and care to every part of their work day.

Follow recipes, portion controls, pars, and presentation specifics as set by kitchen managementSet up station according to established expectationsExecute production from start to finish. This includes but is not limited to the production and management of all in house baked items and pastry production.Work collaboratively with BOH staff and FOH staffMaintain cleanliness of all BOH work areas, including and not limited to refrigeration, cooking equipment, and prep areasParticipate in deep cleaning of BOH work areas, including and not limited to refrigeration, cooking equipment, and prep areasFollow set schedule and give appropriate notification for tardiness and absenceConform to Department of Health requirements to run an A-level kitchen

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Baker with a background in exceptional food catering services to join our business and work at one of our highly prestigious education settings.

Nestled in the heart of Harewood Leeds, this prestigious independent school. This operates 5 days a week.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Baker to make a name for themselves within our contract catering company and be a part of setting the new standard for education catering.

Qualifications
