Our client, a distinguished Top 50 Law Firm, boasts a vibrant office located in the bustling centre of Manchester.

The Real Estate Team is renowned for its comprehensive service to a diverse clientele, including developers, investors, retailers, public sector entities, financial institutions, NHS trusts, social housing providers, landlords, and tenants.

As an Associate Real Estate Solicitor, you will be an integral part of a team known for its transparent culture and accessible senior leadership, which encourages growth and progression to Senior Associate and beyond.



ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Associate Real Estate Solicitor, you will engage in high-calibre commercial property development and investment work.

Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, such as negotiating contracts, managing forward funding agreements, conducting title and lease due diligence, advising on debt finance for property investments, and handling the property aspects of corporate funding arrangements.

Additionally, you will contribute to the ongoing asset management of acquired properties, including lettings.

This position offers a clear path for advancement within a team that is substantial yet offers individual recognition and career development.



ABOUT YOU

You will bring to the role proven experience as a Real Estate Solicitor, demonstrating a robust understanding of property investment and development.
