About the team

You will be joining a highly motivated and driven team of people who work in the eCommerce Payments sector. To achieve this requires agility and an ability to work creatively in an ever-evolving and diverse payments landscape.

What you will be doing

This role is to work in the partners team by supporting the development and enhancement of strategic partner integrations and troubleshooting customer integrations. Work alongside Partner Managers and Partner Solutions to support Worldpay in becoming the chosen payments partner. It is a specialist role that requires Worldpay platform knowledge in order to drive more value from our partners.

To achieve this, you work closely with the Customer and Account Management team to fully understand the business and deliver the project.

  • Support partner solutions in the realisation of integrations into the wide variety of Worldpay services available.
  • Understand partners technical set-ups and processes and how these translate to an effective integration solution.
  • Assist the partner integration process by facilitating the technical setup in collaboration with Global Boarding, providing consultancy on the integration activities to deliver a high-quality solution.
  • Take part in discussions and alignment of Worldpay and partner road maps to ensure WP/partners build and follow up with any activity that needs to be completed.
  • Assist in building the partners team profile and ensuring RACI is followed.
  • Help increase internal knowledge/documentation to improve customer experience.
  • Have knowledge of Worldpay products, spanning across the different gateways and acquiring options as well as our value added services.

  • Able to review documentation both from a technical point of view as well as structurally.
  • Experience analysing complex situations and defining solutions.
  • Experience in managing relationships between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creative and forward thinking with a good aptitude for problem solving.

  • Server log checks with SPLUNK
  • Knowledge of any programming/scripting language. PHP / .NET / Ruby / Java / HTML / CSS / XML / JavaScript
  • Knowledge of Database technologies
