Rev & Regs are recruiting for a Solicitor - Corporate & Commercial role on behalf of a well-established Law firm.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong mid-level, or established senior, commercial and corporate lawyer to be part of a multi-award winning and growing law firm.
Responsibilities: Support the development and growth of the corporate offering.
Manage and run the corporate workload largely independently with the support of the commercial and employment team where necessary.
Deepen your expertise in commercial law (with emphasis on tech law), focusing on the technology market and service offerings.
Support the commercial team, in a collaborative way including mentoring and setting a good example for our more junior associates.
Learn more about the technology world, get training from the experienced team on legal issues specific to the market.
Identify and analyse current and emerging legal issues and risk and effectively communicate these to the appropriate levels of the business; be involved in risk mitigation discussions.
Experience Required: 3-5 Years PQE A high performer who thrives in a fast-paced business environment.
Strong team player with excellent organisational and communication skills; high energy; a desire to learn; and a commitment to the highest ethical standards.
Ability to exercise sound judgement, be solutions-based, take responsibility and ownership of issues, including taking difficult decisions and providing substantiated arguments and reasoning for your position Qualified solicitor, with background from a good corporate & commercial law firm and/or in-house team with experience of corporate transactions and ideally with some experience of IT/IP contracts and a working knowledge of data protection issues.
