We are looking to appoint a School Receptionist at the West London Free School Sixth Form in the heart of Hammersmith to be part of a highly committed and passionate team. This is a job share, and will be for 2 days per week. It is term-time only, including inset days. Additional hours may be required to manage special events or peak workloads. A full job description is attached.
The role requires someone who has the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and has good administration skills. Duties will be varied, including looking after the students' needs, supporting colleagues and parents and being the first point of call for all visitors. Good personal presentation, a friendly disposition and a willingness to participate in school life are considered important qualities for this position.
Our school, which opened in 2011, aims to provide West London pupils with a classical liberal arts education throughout Years 7 to 11, and our Sixth Form, which opened in 2016, has continued this approach.
Previous school experience is not essential, but the candidate must have excellent written English and Office skills.
