Lammas School is seeking to appoint a Head of Year (ideally with teaching specialism in; Art, Business Studies, Drama or Maths) to the existing Student Care team. The successful candidate will lead and manage a year group, support and challenge students to continually improve in all aspects of daily school life, and work as part of a dedicated and successful existing Student Care team.

Experience working with students, families school staff and outside professionals is an advantage; however, the most important attributes are energy, tenacity, a positive approach, and a belief that every child at The Lammas School has the ability to succeed.

It is that journey to Griffin Great that informs our development planning. Ofsted validates our progress within a defined national framework: it emphatically does not set our agenda.
