Permanent, Full-time, 36.5 hours per week. Hybrid working.

As SEND Brokerage and QA Manager you will be using your experience of leading and managing a team, you will be responsible for the arrangements for SEND Brokerage and Quality Assurance. Finding the best possible school place and education experience for some of our most vulnerable children and young people with SEND will be your top priority. You will lead and manage the SEND Brokerage & QA Team growing their confidence and skills to make sure they are able to excel in their roles.

With your leadership skills you will steer the team to improve performance and work collaboratively with other colleagues, schools, colleges and providers. Using your skills in communication and engagement you will support, motivate and challenge to ensure they are delivering the best possible education and support for our children and young people.
