Pertemps is recruiting for an experienced – "Permanent" Social Worker – Childrens Social Work Teams - Medway

Essential criteria
  1. Degree in Social Work
  2. NVQ level 5 in Management or equivalent management qualification
  3. Extensive management experience including the management of change
  4. Significant experience directly related to the area of specialism
  5. Experience in successfully planning for and contributing to the Ofsted inspection process.
  6. Extensive understanding of the legislative and policy framework around providing services to children, young people and their families.
  7. Extensive project management experience.
  8. Registered with Social Work England
Salary: Up to £71,485 (inclusive of special allowance)
+ £10,000 market premia + £3,000 on call allowance
