Overview

Our client is seeking a professional and highly capable Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO's professional and personal obligations, ensuring their schedule is organized, and communication is streamlined.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and appointments
  • Handle communication on behalf of the CEO, including emails, phone calls, and other correspondence
  • Coordinate and oversee special projects and events
  • Conduct research and prepare reports as needed
  • Manage personal appointments and commitments for the CEO
  • Maintaining the CEO's confidentiality and discretion at all times
  • Ad-hoc duties to support the CEO in their day-to-day activities
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
Day-to-day
  • Managing and updating the CEO's schedule and calendar
  • Coordinating meetings and appointments, both professional and personal
  • Responding to emails and calls on behalf of the CEO
  • Planning and organizing special projects and events
  • Conducting research and compiling reports as needed
