We are recruiting a Retrofit Coordinator to join an established renewable energy company in East Kent. The company works on domestic projects mainly in Kent with a selection of national work. \r

The role is office-based. \r

The Retrofit Coordinator role \r
\r

\tYou will take full responsibility for the overall management and delivery of the PAS2035 process in conjunction with a team of assessors. You will follow best practices for domestic retrofit projects, taking a 'whole house' approach. \r
\tManaging the retrofit survey process end-to-end, ensuring high standards \r
\tDelivering against specific objectives and targets on retrofit schemes. \r
\tEnsuring the survey process and customer journey provides the highest standards for people eligible for the ECO4, SHDF & ECO+ schemes \r
\tEnsuring quality installations, and compliance with PAS 2035:2019. \r
\tCoordinating all areas of the installation and liaising with Retrofit Assessors and installers. \r

Qualifications and Experience \r
\r

\r
\tPrevious experience as a Retrofit Coordinator is essential. \r
\tLevel 5 in Retrofit Coordination or qualifications/ experience in building surveying is highly desirable but not essential. \r
\r
\r

Skills and Abilities \r
\r

\r
\tPreviously worked as a Retrofit Coordinator \r
\tAn understanding of the current and upcoming energy efficiency measures (ECO4, SHDF, PAS 2035 etc). \r
\tA successful history in managing the survey process. \r
\tA commercially minded approach \r
\r
\r
