Service Desk Analyst | £29-32K | Manchester (Hybrid)

What you'll be doing:
Providing front line technical support spanning various business areas for both software and hardware. Working to agreed SLA's and KPI's. Providing technical support via telephone and face-to-face. Building strong relationships across the business to ensure an excellent service.Supporting Identity & Access Management.
