We are committed to enhancing the individual skills and knowledge of all our staff, to enable them to work positively with our students and our community partners.

As a Facilities Management trainee you will often be the face of the College for staff and visitors, taking on a variety of duties to ensure that our site, facilities and equipment are operating safely and effectively. The Facilities Management Trainee will be responsible for co-ordinating the smooth operation of general building services including standard maintenance, repair and refurbishment of the College site. A successful candidate would be funded through a Level 3 Certificate in Facilities Management.

This role may be required to be available on a rota basis, working 37 hours per week, on an agreed three-week shift pattern, the early shift is 7.00 am – 3.00 pm, the day shift is 8.00 am – 4.00 pm, and the late shift is 12.00 – 8.00 pm. Saturdays may also be required via a rota.
