My client, a Legal 100 firm, is seeking a Court of Protection Solicitor/Legal Executive (FILEx) to join its growing team that supports clients in managing their funds to meet their ongoing needs.

What will you do?

Support the Deputy or Trustee Court applications, annual reporting Liaise with a range of family members but also other professionals also assisting the client
What do you need?Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (FILEx) with at least 1 year's post qualificationHave experience working with clients - both vulnerable and those who have suffered catastrophic injuryMust be comfortable handling your own caseload with minimal supervisionPrevious experience making Court of Protection applications
