TCR has exclusively partnered with an approved training provider who delivers accredited training courses from their training centres and client sites in the construction, manufacturing and education industries.
The successful CITB Trainer will join our client at an exciting time due to their recent success in securing new contracts and realistic growth plans. This long-established, family friendly company prides itself on their supportive workplace culture and offers family friendly benefits as well as providing training to all employees to support its ethos that all staff who joins them on their journey to success, will be well equipped to establish a successful career in health and safety and therefore ensuring safer workplaces.
You will be joining a small team who are responsible for delivering accredited CITB courses to a high standard and play a part in contributing to the success and growth of the company.
About You
- Experienced in delivering CITB courses face to face.
- Good communication skills and a team player.
- Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) / PTTLS
- Health & Safety qualification / NEBOSH Diploma / NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
- Flexible and willing to undertake further training to deliver courses such as IPAF and PASMA.
- Full driving licence and willing to travel to client sites.
The Offer
- Salary up to 40k per annum
- Car allowance approximately 4,800
- Additional paid weekend work available
