Aspire People are working with schools across Shropshire who are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Needs Teaching Assistants to join their team, with both part-time and full-time positions available.
As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with a range of special educational needs.
Your responsibilities will include providing one-on-one support, assisting with classroom activities, and implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) to help each child reach their full potential.
Requirements:
Experience working with children with special educational needs is essential.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the unique needs of every child.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant qualifications in education or special needs support are desirable but not essential.
