? Adding new orders to the tracker

? Arranging and sending samples for customers

? Tracking samples and updating and sending fit comments and approvals

? Creating line sheets and order sheets

? Helping prepare for wholesale customers meetings.

? Collating customer sell-through information

? Collating customer imagery

? Sending customer order confirmations

? Creating/sending POs

? Creating EANs codes and sending to suppliers and customers

? Checking Proforma Invoices

? Checking and saving down customer purchase orders

? Saving down supplier packing lists

? Creating packing lists and commercial invoices

? Ordering labels

? Navigating customer portals

? Booking stock in for delivery to customers

? Saving down ASNs

? Requesting weekly orderbook updates from suppliers and working with the

Wholesale manager to communicate and approve any date movements

with customer

? Send customers product info when required; completing customer templates

and requesting info from suppliers

? Saving down counts from our warehouse team

? Creating carton labels
