Private Client Lawyer


A high street office private practice in East Hampshire require a qualified private client solicitor or private client legal executive with a mixed private client discipline of 3 years PQE or more.

The Firm
A Partner led private practice with traditional high street values servicing Hampshire clients including high net worth individuals.

Based in mid Hampshire the practice has well established roots and offers a full compliment of non contentious and contentious private client service to their clientele.

The position will be within a team of solicitors and partners managing a full caseload of files.

The Role
The private client lawyer role will include advising on wills and probate, LPA`s, estate administration, IHT and trusts.

It is likely your experience will have been gained in general practice enabling you to provide clients with face to face advice and over the telephone.

Genuine variety in a full caseload, must be able to work with minimal supervision.

The Candidate

Experience private client lawyer with 3 + PQE, proven biller with ability to work alone or as part of a team.

Flexible approach required.

Salary dependent upon experience.
