Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and CCO and the wider team, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist with preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, anticipating needs and ensuring efficient operations.
  • Organise and maintain files and records, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access and confidentiality.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Manage personal tasks and errands as requested.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role desirable
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • A positive and proactive mindset, with a willingness to adapt and take on new challenges.
