We are looking for the successful candidate to;

· Be an enthusiastic team player to work under the direction of the Literacy Lead to enable students to access the library facilities

· enthuse young people and motivate them to want to read through innovative clubs and incentives

· support with reading initiatives in liaison with the English department

· oversee and facilitate the day to day running of the library facility, including budget management

· have a continued commitment to their own professional development and the development of a vibrant reading culture at the Streetly Academy
