We are looking for an existing Head Chef or an experienced Sous/Senior Sous Chef who is ready to let their ability shine. As leaders in our businesses Head Chefs are the figureheads of the dining operation. Your experience of fresh food, managing and developing people and running beautiful kitchens will set you up for success.

    At our proper pub sites we pride ourselves on providing a proper home for live sport, serving a proper pint and consistently offering proper pub food. We aim to create a proper, traditional pub atmosphere for our guests. Proper pubs are transparent and simple. What you see is what you get in every venue.
