My client is an award winning, law firm with an enviable reputation in the market.

Due to continued growth and expansion, they are looking to recruit a Solicitor/Fee Earner to manage your own caseload of pre and post issue Personal Injury Prisoner claim cases.

You will be responsible for managing a caseload of claims related to injuries sustained within the prison environment.


Your role will involve conducting investigations, gathering evidence, liaising with clients, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court when necessary.


Applications are invited from Personal Injury Solicitors or Fee Earners and you will ideally have experience working on Prison claims.
