Description

As a Locum Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a full caseload of private client matters:

  • Advising clients on wills, probate, and estate planning
  • Managing trusts and estates
  • Handling Powers of Attorney
  • Providing expert guidance on inheritance tax planning

Profile

A successful Locum Private Client Solicitor should be:

  • Qualified Solicitor with STEP
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of private client law, including trusts
  • Strong client care skills and the ability to build relationships

Job Offer

  • Full secretarial support
  • 4 days per week, 2 in the office 2 from home
